Privacy Policy
Last updated September 2026
This policy explains what information Terra Studio collects when you visit this website or send us a project brief, why we collect it and the choices you have. We collect as little as we can and never sell personal data.
Who we are
Terra Studio is an independent art direction studio with teams in Lisbon and New York. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us about privacy at any time at hello@terra.studio.
Information we collect
Project briefs: when you use the contact form we store your name, email address, company, the services you are interested in, your budget range and your message.
Email: if you write to us directly, we keep the correspondence for as long as the conversation or project is active.
Usage data: anonymous, aggregated statistics such as page views, referring pages, country and device type. These statistics are collected without cookies and cannot be used to identify you.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your brief, prepare proposals, run projects and improve this website. We rely on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and, once we work together, on the performance of our contract with you.
We do not use your data for automated decision making, profiling or advertising.
Sharing
We share only what is necessary with the service providers who help us run the studio, such as our hosting and email providers. Each is bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations. We never sell or rent personal data.
How long we keep it
Briefs that do not lead to a project are deleted after 24 months. Project correspondence is kept for the duration of the project and the legal retention period that follows it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you, and object to or restrict how we use it. Write to hello@terra.studio and we will answer within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
